One of the most captivating sites along the North Coast is The Dark Hedges. Planted in the 18th Century, these fascinating Beech trees have grown over the years to almost intertwine with each other and are favorites with photographers and painters.It even has it’s own ghostly background, adding a further air of magical mystery to it, this no doubt added to its appeal in regard to the G.O.T producers, and leaving viewers in awe with the closing shots in season two.
